Jurisdiction

Except where otherwise stipulated, the laws of Australia shall be applied to the use of the Foundation web sites and Services and to the implementation of the ToU without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.

Except where otherwise stipulated, you hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia in any and all disputes, controversies or differences arising out of and/or relating to your use of the Foundation web sites and/or Content, information, Software or Services.
