How donations are used 

Donations to the Mambo-Foundation are currently used for the following purposes:

• payment of legal fees to third parties for IP defense
• payment of legal fees to third parties relating to corporate governance
• bank and transaction charges
• provision of infrastructure for hosting the Mambo web sites
• attendance at expos and promotional events

In addition to the above, excess funds are simply accrued by the organisation as a fund against future expenses. No salaries are paid to any team members or the Board of Directors.

A full accounting of income and expenditure is provided to Foundation members prior to the Annual General Meeting in the Annual Report. Once this report has been approved as a correct record it is made available on this web site.
