Board of Directors

The Mambo Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors elected by the membership. Each year, shortly after the end of the financial year, which runs from 1st July - 30th June, the Mambo Foundation holds elections for Board members.  Elections coincide with the Annual General Meeting and all members of the Foundation are eligible to vote.  The terms of office for these elected board members is one year, with the right for directors to stand for re-election for the new term.

The Board of Directors handles governance topics, and does not address project management issues, which are handled by the Mambo Steering Committee.
