This page contains the minutes of the Meetings of the Board of Directors of the Mambo Foundation. All minutes are in the form of PDF files and may either be viewed in your browser or downloaded.

The Board of Directors oversees the policies and strategic direction of the Mambo Foundation and must hold meetings at least three times within each financial year.  We do our best to publish the minutes of Board meetings soon after they are approved as accurate records of meetings (which occurs at the following meeting).

Board meetings consist of Part I and/or Part II agenda items. Part II items relate to discussions that are confidential due to impacts on personal privacy or other legal constraints. Part II items are not published on this website due to their confidential nature.  

Full records of minutes, including decisions made in Part II, are filed with the corporate secretary and archived as part of the official records of the Foundation.
